1. Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Coverage: We ship across India through trusted logistics and courier partners.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout before payment; may vary based on weight and region.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive an SMS or email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Attach a photo/video of the product and packaging for quicker verification. Once verified, we’ll:

  • Resend the correct item, or
  • Process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the sensitive nature of pesticide and chemical products:

  • Returns are not accepted once the seal is opened.
  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch of the order.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is not available or discontinued.
  • You received a damaged or incorrect product.
  • The order was canceled before shipping.

5. Delayed Delivery

In rare cases where shipping is delayed beyond 15 business days, you may choose to:

  • Continue waiting for the delivery, or
  • Request a full refund.
